Overall a good experience. Very helpful staff, very nice meal. The only negatives would be a bit long to get the meal to the table, but worth the wait, and a very limited vegan choice. I had the soba noodles minus the pork. Very fresh and tasty.
Have lunch here regularly with a friend and love their food and general atmosphere. Reasonably priced and a good selection of meals. They have a good pool table which is always used by us lol. Also have a jukebox which disappointingly is not always on and sometimes when we've requested to use it the boss has in not so many words expressed reluctance to put it on for what I gather is the fear of "upsetting" the older patrons out the back who are having lunch and don't want to be subject to lots of pop and hard rock! On one occasion recently they had some other piped music playing when we got there and it was mostly swing genre with one old blues tune slotted in. My friend commented that it was driving him mad but we didn't dare object. On a Fri or Sat night I think the tables would be turned where the music selection would be more in keeping with the younger crowd who would be there playing lots of pool and drinking!
Friendly staff, beer garden band was way too loud. Couldn't hear the staff call our name & meal in the outside reserved area for our group. Food was delicious & considering we had about 20 people in our group, our meals were served relatively quick (within 1hr) & hot. Will be back again.
Absolutely fantastic. Our meals were delicious and the staff were more than accommodating. We shared our experience with international and well travelled guests, and they were exceptionally impressed. Thank you!!
Great food, not over priced. Ordered their brisket burger was a little smaller than expected but I was still full by the end of dessert. Service was pretty fast as well.
